1. Return Eligibility

The item must be:
Unused and unwashed
In its original packaging with all tags attached
Not a clearance, final sale, or innerwear item (non-returnable)
Returns will not be accepted for customized products unless damaged or defective.
2. How to Initiate a Return

Mention your Order ID and reason for return.
Our support team will review your request and coordinate pickup (if applicable).
3. Refund Process
Once your return is approved and picked up, we inspect the item.
Refunds are initiated within 7–10 business days of approval.
Refund mode:
Online Orders: Refunded to the original payment method
COD Orders: Refunded via UPI or bank transfer (after details are shared)
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
4. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Share clear photos via email for quick resolution.
5. Exchange Policy
